Our family will be returning to Olympia, WA this autumn for a 4 month visit. Our primary reason for coming home is for our younger son Tyler, pictured above, to have another surgery or two on his birthmark. Tyler had 3 surgeries on his birthmark when we were home in 2012 and we hope to have 2 more surgeries this autumn while we are home. Tyler will be 6 years old in October and we really want to finish his surgeries while he is still young. We hope to have Tyler’s first surgery at Seattle Children’s Hospital shortly after we arrive on September 1st and then another surgery sometime in early December. We will return to the Tibetan Plateau shortly after Christmas.
Josiah
We will be staying with Tamara’s mother in Olympia for the duration of our time home. We look forward to seeing as many of our friends as possible. See you this autumn!
